About Chi
Eight years ago, Chef Chi Le opened her first restaurant in Kitsilano, introducing a modern Vietnamese concept. As a runner-up on Masterchef Vietnam, she aimed to highlight dishes commonly enjoyed in Vietnamese homes. During the global pandemic, when restaurants were forced to shut down, Chef Chi reevaluated her impact as a small business owner and chef. Upon reopening, she transformed the restaurant into a completely plant-based eatery with a fresh new menu. Today, we are a Vietnamese-inspired contemporary restaurant, celebrating the unique characteristics of vegetables. Our menu evolves with each season, showcasing locally sourced produce that thrives in our climate.
